After contacting Busy Bee regarding the original arrangement sent yesterday, we cannot be more satisified and grateful for the wonderful service provided by Heidi. More flowers were sent to my niece today to add to the original arrangement which results in a much more abundant arrangement, much like the image here. I have used the busy bee florist in newton,ma several times. Every time the arrangement has been outstanding.I recently visited with the florist for some minor changes. i don't remember her name but she was very pleasant and helpful. The flowers that they deliver are beautiful and last longer than expected. Keep up the great work!

Beautiful arrangement. No issues with delivery.

Flowers were beautiful. They were supposed to be delivered between 9am and 12pm and I was charged $25 for that request. However, the flowers didn’t not get delivered until 1:40 pm. When I called the person who answered said they were on the truck and was very short with me.
